These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Butter Daisy website and your purchase of Butter Daisy products. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Products and Availability
Butter Daisy products are handcrafted and made to order. Colors, piping, flowers and arrangements may vary slightly from photographs. Products, designs, prices, delivery dates and availability may change without notice. We may limit quantities or decline an order when necessary.
Orders and Payment
Your order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we send confirmation that it has been accepted or begun processing. You are responsible for providing accurate contact, payment and delivery information. Prices and applicable delivery charges are shown at checkout. Taxes are added when required.
Delivery
Products are available for local delivery only unless Butter Daisy confirms another arrangement in writing. You must select an eligible delivery date and provide complete delivery instructions. Someone should be available to receive the order. Delays caused by inaccurate information, restricted access, severe weather, traffic or circumstances beyond our control may affect delivery.

Cancellations, Changes and Refunds
Orders may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery time. After that deadline, ingredients may have been purchased and preparation may have begun, so cancellation, change or refund requests may be limited. If an order arrives significantly damaged, contact us on the delivery date and include photographs so we can review the issue.
Ingredients and Allergens
Products are prepared in a kitchen that handles wheat, milk, eggs, soy and nuts. Cross-contact may occur. Offerings made with gluten-free ingredients are not recommended for individuals with celiac disease or severe gluten allergies. Review our Ingredients and Allergen Information before ordering.
Gift Messages and Customer Content
You are responsible for any message, instructions or other content you submit. Do not submit unlawful, abusive, infringing or misleading content. We may refuse content that we reasonably believe is inappropriate or cannot be fulfilled.
Website Use and Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, designs, photographs, graphics, logos and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Butter Daisy and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the website for personal shopping and information only. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, interfere with or misuse the website or its content without permission.
Third-Party Services
Our store is hosted by Shopify and may use third-party payment, delivery, analytics or other services. Those providers may have their own terms and policies. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience and do not make Butter Daisy responsible for those websites.
Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and services are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise that the website will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Butter Daisy will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the website or products. Our total liability for a claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law provides otherwise.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted when you place an order applies to that order.
